Was this dream literal or figurative?

I had a dream around 6 years ago that God said "You have to buy your way out. it's the only way." I have been bullied by powerful people for decades, people I do not have the resources to remove from my life.

I thought the dream was figurative meaning, I would need to gain knowledge or positive karma through good deeds.

What if God is saying the only way to rescue myself from my enemies is to get rich? That powerful people will continue to bully me and control me until I can buy my freedom by becoming successful in my business?

Hello I noticed some of your posts and you seem like a wonderful woman who believes in God, I just wanted to say if God is speaking to you in your dreams that is a good sign, it means God is with you in all things, and as for money don't worry I'm sure God has blessed you with money and will continue to bless you with it, have faith as you already do and just remember we all have enemies but the number one enemy is ourselves we must win the battle against ourselves because I'm telling you God is with you through and through, he speaks to you in your dreams and in all things, go forth in peace ☺
