Do you believe Torah interpretation factors into Jewish happiness and mindfulness and health?

I had a dream where God told me that if I wanted my future children to be smart, I should begin training them when they are very small.

I did not begin to study the Torah until I was in high school and for 1/3 of that time, I studied it as a Christian who was looking for signs of Jesus.

So even though I have a background in the Old Testament Torah, its mostly a post teenage and adult background, if I had began Torah study when I was 3 years old, it might have changed my I. q. and made me a healthier person but I was a lot older when I began Torah study.

I now study the Torah for itself and not in relation to Christianity but I study it as an adult and not as a young child whose brain and body is still developing and changing in massive ways.
