If I read the Holy Book correctly, Jewish people were thrown out of their land... by their God... for their misdeads and continually disobeying God.

Is there a clause that states God wanted them to return? How do Jewish/Israelis justify the re-taking control of the land?

Land doesn’t belong to anybody, it is the Earth. Time Travel millions of years back and the dinosaurs owned the land, go forward to human history and you’ll find it traded hands many times…

Secondly, here is how this works Israel is given to the Jewish neighbors…. Middle East doesn’t like that and does a war based on religion they get their asses kicked and lose more land. Each time they start something they lose something.

MODERN ISSUES: Israeli Government has no right to be killing innocent civilians and should be saving hostages & killing off terrorists however they use that as a scapegoat to commit evil acts & war crimes that go against humanity as a whole which is causing Anti Semitism like this to increase. I stand by Gaza Civilians & Israeli Civilians that didn’t ask for any of this and Israel should be held accountable. You can acknowledge the Holocaust and how we got to this point however it doesn’t mean we can’t hold Israeli Govt accountable for war crimes. This is the Holy Wars in modern times, it is stupid and comes at the cost of human life on both sides. Religion should not be weaponized yet in the Middle East it is. The land doesn’t belong to anyone yet everyone wants a piece for the name of “religion”.

Reread the bible again. A lot of jews were put out after a rebellion against the romans that led to the destruction of the temple. Many Jews remained but under muslim control like most native people's in conquered islamic lands their numbers diminished. The numbers of Jews began to grow again in the late 19th and early 20th century. With the fall of the ottoman empire and British empire in 1948 the Jews and Arabs in Palestine were given the lands they each lived in to rule themselves by the UN but unfortunately Muslims will not accept native non Muslims in the lands the colonised any sense of self determination and they with all neighbouring Muslim countries decided to commit mass genocide of all Jews from the river to the sea. They failed and the price of that failure was the Palestinians forfeiting their lands forever as God's punishment on them.

Israel itself was a compromise, the Jews agreed to take a very tiny sliver of land (and all of Hollywood and the banking industry) in exchange for having it be their own. Palestinians have the entire rest of the Arab world for themselves, but it's not good enough for them.

Also during exile "44 Yet in spite of this, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject them or abhor them so as to destroy them completely, breaking my covenant with them. I am the Lord their God. 45 But for their sake I will remember the covenant with their ancestors whom I brought out of Egypt in the sight of the nations to be their God. I am the Lord.’”

In order to understand this conflict you need to go back over 3000 years. When the United States was attacked by Japan, there was no sympathy for the Japanese. When you instigate a war and you don't care about the death of your own civilians, that is worse than shameful, it is criminal. Just one note, in 1939, there were 12 million Jews and about 500 million Muslims, today there about 12 million Jews and over a billion Muslims. Why, genocide of Jews. Also, Iran does not care how many Arabs have to die to destroy Israel. You could spend a lifetime studying this issue and never cover everything. Why is the world obsessed with killing 12 million Jews?

Just remember Hitler sent most of them there before he resorted to killing them. He wanted to get rid of the Jews. The only reason they got a foothold back in that land is because of the Nazis.

Cuz they were there once. It's INSANE that Israelites justify their land grab by saying "God promised us this land". They (tragically & involuntarily) leave in the Diaspora and 2000 years later return in a time of great sympathy for their cause, confusion of Balfour Declaration & UK was too weak from WWII to manage it's colonies & mandates.

Holy books aren’t recognized as international law.

Britain (for right or wrong) had control of the Palestine Mandate in 1948 and gave it to the Jewish World Congress as no country wanted to take in the European Jewish survivors of the Holocaust.

Yes in Bible God allowed the Jewish people to be captured and carried off to Babylon/Perasia for 70 years but after those 70 years God allowed the Jewish people to once again return to Israel the promised land. Since then they occupied the land either under foreign control or self governing body like today but none the less the Israelites have always occupied the land. It belongs to them. Think about how many countries have occupied Israel throughout the last 6000 years. Where are the Greeks, where are the Babylonians, where are the Perasians, where is Nazi Germany where are the Romans. Many countries and kingdoms have tried to rule Israel and wipe Israel off the map but none have been successful in doing so.

God spoke to Moses and told him that he would lead them to the land flowing with milk and honey (the promised land). This is from a religious point of view.

I'm not a Jew, but religion has nothing to do with it. In the aftermath of WWII they were granted land controlled by Britain. They then fought for the land and claimed it. After treaties were signed guaranteeing that it was their land and they've had it ever since. The borders have shifted slightly over time, mainly with the Jews ceding territory with the assurance of being allowed to maintain their own state in return. However, that didn't work out for them.
