Is this weird? My boyfriend is Jewish and I received a blessing during the Jewish New Year?

I’m not Jewish and he never demanded I convert so I am online during the Sabbath but I might begin keeping Shabbat if I have free time to. I used to think taking one day off was professionally dangerous, cause I had so much that needed to be done.

Don't mind it so much. Ritual does not equate to actual blessing from God. God sends you blessing, not just words of good wish. Immerse your thoughts in God's Words daily, and enjoy bountiful blessings from God!
