How does brain cooling work as done in medical labs for infants?

I have been cooling my brain with meditation for the last 9-11 years. When I was in University, I went from D's my first year to straight As during my last 3 years. I did it by meditating on religious ideas and doing brain cooling through meditation, which also boosted my I. Q. Ever since 2015, I've been able to cool down random parts of my brain through meditation. I do it to increase my intelligence and to reverse brain damage caused by Covid viruses or other health issues.
