Religious name suggestions for myself?

My name is Talha because I was raised as a Muslim. But I chose Christianity of my own free will, and as a devout protestant, I now want to choose a religious name for myself. I have the name Emmanuel in my mind, but since it is also the name of the great Jesus, this scares me, so I thought of using Nathanial instead. Do you have a name suggestion that has religious depth?

You're depressed and mentally ill, so not thinking straight. You're named "Talha" as that is what was selected from your parents language, not their religion. The name in Arabic means "fruitful tree".

You cannot just "choose" a faith, like you do a pair of shoes. Nor is any name "religious" in of itself. You're a confused kid for sure.

Call yourself "dummy" as that is your Christian name and mental state, sure.

A Biblical name is always good. I feel the same way about using names like "Emmanuel" or "Jesus" but an alternative could be Joshua. Your choice of Nathaniel is very good too.

But you can use indirect names like emanual.

I recommend switch to a name of an apostle john simon etc.

For daughter any biblical name but i suggested "Ann, Anna" or "Fay" Like Faith

U should keep your name if you like it a change in beliefs shouldn't change your title that's your own brand so make it what you want a got a friend named Christian but he's agnostic , but if this is what you really want I pick David
