I believe that "mainstream" Mormons abolsihed polygamy as a condition of Utah being admitted as a state in the US (which seems horribly stupid to me, but that is what happened.) However, I believe that there are some fundamentalist sects or breakaways from the LDS church which still promote polygamy.

christianity and islam directly condone it. judaism used to but doen't explicitly condemn or condone it in the current version of the torah but it could implicitly say it in Exodus 21:10, where it mentions that in amarriage food and clothes should be provided for "each" wife.

buddhism, taoism and shintoism don't have particular rules about it

Hinduist scriptures explicitly allows it.

i think christianity is the most trashy about it. it verbatimm says if you use modern language: a man can have as many whores as he can feed. the original text says "concubines" which is not exactly like a whore. more like a long term escort that sticks around and that you fuck as if it was your wife among several other ones like her.

All religions do.

Hinduism has no limit on the number of wives one many have. Judaism had Solomon having over a thousand wives and concubines. Christianity has many of its kings having multiple wives. But Islam allows only one wife - but more only if the individual can provide for them equally and separately.
