10 moMost of the time we put ourselves in pain with broken relationships. That is not necessarily God's fault. He gave you free will, to follow him or go your own way. So we have the free will to mess up our own lives, thus causing us pain. Followers of God have pain too. No one goes throughout life without it.
“All things work for good, for those who love the Lord Jesus, to them who are called according to His purpose”
The point of the statement isn’t “all things will be all good all of the time for good people.” By contrast, when you look at “all things” in terms of years and decades rather than mere moments in time, it explain the truth and wisdom of the statement. Also, I think if you break down the purpose of grace or Goodness in our lives, and the pain and challenges we face...
This puts this verse in context:
God hath not promised skies always blue,
Flower-strewn pathways all our lives through;
God hath not promised sun without rain,
Joy without sorrow, peace without pain. But God hath promised strength for the day,
Rest for the labor, light for the way,
Grace for the trials, help from above,
Unfailing sympathy, undying love.Annie Johnson

10 moLife is tough but if you think of it from the point of view that we would be in paradise if Eve didn't condemn us to this shit hole, It makes more sense LOL.
Life likes to throw curve balls at us often but once you get through the shit, you get stronger and things get easier. Earth will never be paradise that is why it is so shit because here everyone has free will and most people are selfish and mean. So for the most part it will be a rough ride.. you just got to make the best of it and not let people get to you.20 Reply
Anonymous(45 Plus)10 moGod doesn't anything to us. He may allow things to happen. But he doesn't do it to us. And Some of the pain is for our betterment believe it or not. Think about it like as if you had kids. Which is a good analogy. Because we are God's children. You wouldn't want to hurt your kids. But like for example you'll let them go through the temporary pain of shots so they don't get childhood diseases.
I get it this is an unfulfilled answer. Especially when you see like a child with leukemia or something. A child that isn't old enough to have a malicious or evil thought towards anybody. Yet seemingly they're getting punished. I tell myself it's part of God's plan and that child's death can touch a lot of lives.
There was a young girl in the town next to mine who had an inoperable brain tumor. And for her birthday she asked for cards. Cards with prayers and well wishes from all over. And she recieved them. BOXLOADS! From all over the world. People that never met her and never would. But her death was not in vain. Her death served as a catalyst to bring others closer to God.

Our biggest moments in life usually happen because of chance. You can work hard and maybe you will reach your goal but maybe something insurmountable will come along and screw it up for you at the end. Or else you could have everything go the way you want it to go. I have had failures and heartbreaks but all I could do is regroup and try again.
You are not a loser, you have a pretty impressive list of accomplishments. You are in a slump and things will work out for you.
Just try and be positive snd be the best version of yourself. I know it sounds like BS but it is true.13 Reply- 10 mo

u 10 moIf I may ask, what had you in so much pain?
I realize that this may not be the most comforting and satisfying answer, but the ultimate reason is that there is a greater good that will come of it. Even if in this life things don't turn out the way we want, the sufferings and trials we endure are for the purification of our souls and strengthening of our resolve. And so that we can give glory to God and His providence, and these sufferings are nothing compared to that which awaits us, if we cooperate with the same.

I look at it like this he's putting us through things for us to grow for us to learn for us to see how we make it through it it's a challenge and you're your own enemy you can either make it easy or hard it's how you handle it it's all a hurdle it's all put there for a reason and it's not a bad reason it's a good reason after you make it through it but you have to look at it in a different way because I guarantee you this after all this passes in this moment of time you will see exactly what I mean you will go through something good and you will understand that the pain that you had to go through is basically the depth of love that you have at the same time they're equal if that makes sense

10 mosimslover92 there was a group calling Gnostics who came up with their own sect that basically implied the God of this world must be evil and that there must be "a higher god" than the evil one.
However, it doesn't make much sense when one wonders, why the higher good god, allows the evil lower god in the first place, irony or odd.
And finally it's like a chairman - Ceo relationship the Gnostics tried to imply. However again, the evil question remains an odd sticking point - even if there's two gods like two breasts hahaha 🤣😂13 Reply- 10 mo
@Simslover92 and then it becomes a tooth fairy Santa Claus debate. Lol 😆 there's either no gods, so it doesn't matter anyhow and Humans are just the same as Animals when its prey and predator lifestyle day in day out. You know. Eat, sleep, drink water, hunt, repeat. Lol 😆 that's the only life animal kingdom knows. For humans, it's similar but more refined now as a civilised species however - it's odd that God or God's allow evil in the first place. Afterall, even the hippys came up with world peace ; unless zombies or an alien attack

@Simslover92 or there is a god / there are God's, yet it becomes another long drawn out question of who what when where why how. Aka - why God why lol 😆 and also "bro are you listening up there, bro" lol clouds 😲 ☁️☁️☁️

@Simslover92 however I always love the cleverness of "the lord moves in mysterious ways" 😁 : it's as good as a bipolar 😊
10 moThis is far more complicated than people make it seem but don't forget free will plays a big part on your results, if you want the best results God promises then you have to listen to the guidance not just have faith it will happen cause it doesn't happen on its own, the guidance is important cause thats like your pathway to those results you seek for, by trying to make the decisions on your own you'll eventually fall into a hole, even your heart can be deceptive, my point is that we make decisions and lead ourselves to destruction and then blame God, when God most likely tried guiding you a different direction which you either didn't pick up or you ignored, thinking back on whatever situation youve got yourself into, think back if you've maybe ran into signs or instinctual feelings that made you question your decisions, those were most likely warnings.

Also I've prayed several times for eye openings about either people or things and I will guarantee you that when your eyes are opened it's almost never a good feeling, but when you have time to think and appreciate the eye opening that's when you find the satisfaction in it.

10 mobecause of the purpose. in the "beginning" was a garden for people NOT "put us in so much pain" but "put in a garden". - NOR is this pain the eternal endless status but the pain will end but BETWEEN the fun, PEOPLE SIN. - due to sin the world was handed to satan to hurt people and tempt evil people. not "God put us in pain" but SIN put is under satan but satan does the pain.
so god does not interfere so people can CHOOSE to have faith or not. you "just want IT = satan rule to be over" therefore promote faith.
00 Reply Well in Buddhism they say the source of all pain is desire. I don't know what you're going through right now but try and find contentment within yourself. Try and be fine with yourself and your life and anything that comes from the outside is an addition. If you need something external to be content then you'll always be chasing after something and you'll set yourself up for disappointment and suffering.
It's not easy but it's possible :)

nope but MOST pain is by rotten parents and rotten people regardless of any greed.

I'll assume you meant the judeo Christian monotheistic god. That god is just the lesser god from the proto judaic polytheism religion. He doesn't care, nor can he actually act on earth. He's too weak to do so10 Reply
10 moThere is a god and he loves you, pain doesn't come from god, it's found in this life. and god may help you by healing it, you just have to believe in him...
In this life there is all sorts of positivity and negativity, what matters is how you live your life and how you handle it to be rewarded the happy eternal life...10 Reply
10 moWhat exactly do you call 'god'? Do theorists of simulation theory call the owner of the simulation a 'god'?
If you just rely on the literal interpretation of the bible then Isaiah 45:7 says "I the Lord create good and evil.".
Same story in in one book has God doing the exact same thing as Satan did in this same story told through a different book:

Maybe god is just an unbiased @equality_disruptor who favors jew-cannibalizing buttfuckers as much as he favors jews themselves.

Life is pain and suffering to someone. Some times it's you, sometimes you upon others - but it's how life works.
Life is about how much patience and pain you endured, and how much you unjustly doled out.

Wealth and power is in the hands off the same family bloodlines that where also in power several hundred if not thousands of years. There are people in power that are far above our governments and they dictate what happens and what not. People working for the governments have no power they are little more then a facade who will get the blame for anything that is not accepted by the public masses. They get the blame and they are simply removed out of office for another person to give us the idea that something is going to change while in fact they can simply deflect public anger in that way without any consequences.
Human society is totally enslaved for centuries already, but in more modern way them they where in ancient civilisations that are extinct
10 moI don't believe in god personally, it just doesn't make any sense to me. I don't think everything happens for a reason or that life has an inherent purpose. But that's for us to decide, y'know? It's all too short to wonder why.

Emotional pain

At the most basic level, God gave us free will. As a result, people create suffering. Either for themselves or others.
All of us go through emotional pain. But we have to find ways to combat and deal with that pain. There are strategies you can take to help work through them. Feel free to drop me a message if you ever need to talk.
