Is judgment the enemy of religious worship?

I think some people worship a tapered down or biased version of God instead of worshipping with a clear mind, but the bible says when your worship is pure and non hateful towards others, God removes all your health problems and physical disabilities and he prevents misfortune from attacking the fruit of your labour and He heals any maladaptive issue in your life.

I think that if a person is paraplegic and worships in the way that you describe, they'll continue to be a paraplegic.
