Neither. Heaven and Hell are fictional fantasies invented by the people who invented the Christian religion to control other people with the threat of punishment and the promise of a reward. It's about as basic and childish as you can get.

I've hurt people gravely and on purpose. More than I've helped people selflessly and for no reward. All of that doesn't matter. I don't believe that Jesus was God's son and I don't believe a hero getting killed by Jews could save me anyway. I've always known I was going to Hell. They have better music and woman.

in my opinion, they'll toss me into a hole and cover me with dirt. If there's such a thing as a soul, it'll leave my body and go into another body of some kind. There's no such thing as heaven or hell.
