Do you agree with this idea that I have about God?

That God might give you problems to keep you humble, because you might not be mature or self-disciplined enough to be humble without those problems.

Of course some have disproportionately big problems that we might think are far too devastating to be a mere disciplinary action by God, but the Bible says those who suffer unjustly are rewarded, either on earth, or in heaven, or both.

And Jesus had to suffer, so there is no promise that you will not suffer if you obey the bible perfectly.

But Jesus suffered for 3 days, and now he is in heaven which is more joyful than having a trillionaire bank account, while guys like Donald Trump will suffer in hell for billions of years after sleeping with endless women on earth.

Problems and difficulties make you cherish successes even more. They are necessary and suffering builds resilience, if someone can handle suffering in the process, they can manage many challenges, which creates determination and mental strength. Conversely, a person that does not know how to suffer or picks the easy route may be more easily tempted to make bad decisions. There is no promise to not suffer because hardship is part of the process. Do you think that people suffer when they sin? Suffer when they lust or overindulge? If you think about it, sins are meant to be “pleasurable” in the moment.. there is no suffering when you sin. Why do you think?

I think by facing adversity we build character. Becoming humble is part of that.
