Sometimes God enables you to solve the problems and other times, God will only enable you to prevent the problem but not enables you solve it; if you choose the problem after he told you not to choose it. Because this life is an audition for Heaven and hell, and if every thing was controlled exactly as God desired it to be, he would never get a realistic appraisal of who we choose to be and what we choose to do with ourselves. We have to have free will or our audition for Heaven would be a cheat sheet and not a real test. This is why God sometimes waits, delays or avoids his interference and why sometimes the only healing he offers victims is preventative care before the victimization begins.
