I’m not sure where he was most recently living, but Charlie Kirk sold his Scottsdale mansion for about $6.5 million in February. But he tried to downplay how rich he was. If you have a house that expensive you are in an elite level of Rich.

Also, if I had two kids, I think at most I would want a house about half to max 2/3rds that size. it was about 6800 ft.². Even that would be a lot of space.

How far will the left go to demonize him? So in order 1, yes because no real conflict. 2, kirk was NOT lavish, no fancy clothing nor sports car. Selling a house does not prove it was all profit. The money went to the home in which he lived and mortgage. 3, that downplay is his modesty and humility.
