I know 6 people who lost their careers, their romantic relationships, their sanity, their health, and everything they ever worked for, because they could not let go of their anger, social grudges and bitterness.

The bible has an even more alarming view then what I have said already:

It says you will be tortured in agony and torment, on top of losing everything you ever worked for, if you let anger and bitterness dethrone your mission and purpose in life.

It’s the foothold for Satan to use you so yes. Never act out of anger unless it is divinely guided by god which ensures a righteous justifiable anger. Important for You to be ready to discern the difference between a righteous anger vs a diabolical destructive anger.

No, certainly not. Anger isn't inherently bad when one rejects such a parochial and dogmatic view of it. Anger at an injustice, especially one coming from a legal loophole, can lead to a positive change for wider society to prevent or make it less likely for that injustice to happen again.

Anger in itself isn't a problem. It's how one acts on their anger than can either be problematic or productive.
