Separate yourself from it. I had someone tell me gravity wasn't real the other day. They really really really believe what they were saying...

I decided in the world he lives in, gravity is not real lol. Im not trying to be a part of his world but it made me realize all is mind.

Gravity doesn't need his belief to keep him from floating away into space... At the same time maybe gravity isn't working because dudes head is so far in the clouds he's looking down on me for believing in gravity...

Do you see my point here? All is mind. Change the way you think about it...

That's conspiracy theory... I mean thank you for your effort of being a example and even caring to give a answer... but this goddamn supertious have another nature... First, ask yourself why they feel real. Then, compare what you feel with what you know. Finally, use logic. Is there an explanation that isn't supernatural? What seems more likely? Magic or the more boring answer?

I saw too much bad things happening after it came to my eyes saw signs or all that... I don't know the depth of all shit... i don't know why exist.. and what's this actually.. supertious beated that fucking logic because came with statistics... and that's logic itself too

It's very hard to let go of ingrained beliefs even if you know they're nonsense. I'd ask myself are these beliefs actually harming me or just amusing little quirks that give me character.
