Do you believe in the idea of automatic birth intercession without intentional prayer?

The bible says that if you try to obey the teachings of God and even offer just partial obedience, that your devotion to God will count as an act of aggressive opposition to the kingdom of darkness and hate, and God will destroy hate and violence on this earth as a result of your obedience to Him. And when you disobey God, you are allowing violence and hate to continue rampaging the earth, because God cannot use your disobedience as an act of intercession against wickedness in the world but but God can use your obedience to him as an act of intercession against the powers of darkness and hate in the nation and people around you, even if you are not actively praying for the world due to being busy.

Why does the supposedly all powerful god care?
If he’s omniscient and omnipresent, is in the beginning and the end, then what possible difference does my unrighteousness or your obedience matter?
He made everything and everyone, there is no mystery. He hates gay and trans people, well he created them so it’s his own fault.
