Do you think God sometimes avoids giving you things because you are not ready for it?

When I was in university, I only had one guy ask me out during my entire time there. But the month I graduated, I had 3 guys hit on me, and when I used to work in the outside world after finishing school, I would get guys approaching me all the time. Usually 3 older Asian guys would approach me at work each week. Then I would get approached while riding the bus back home from work, while riding the bus to the grocery store, while riding the bus to church, or while filling my popcorn with ketchup seasoning during movie intermissions, or while grabbing napkins for my lunch at Tim Hortons. If I was alone, smiling, and well dressed, I would get approached.

Same, I thought finding connections to build my career would be very difficult and next to impossible. But once I began to develop enough content that I felt I was ready to network with other professionals, I found finding job connections was super easy, I would get over 4 connections a week. As well, once I believed I was ready to declare my work credentials to future employers, I found a graduate program that I believed was perfect for me. I have not applied yet, but I believe I am almost guaranteed admission due to the quality of my post university efforts at building my writing business.
