How should Christians view people who lie and cheat for personal gain?

I know people who want friends, lovers, or sources of income so badly that they are willing to tell lies to achieve those things, those 3 goals may have been important to me at different times in my life, but I have never wanted those things so badly that I was willing to tell lies to get those things.

The bible sayings God takes punishments away from those who pursue His teachings, and gives those curses to those who hate his teachings instead.

I know people who tried to ruin my ability to make money that got fired from their jobs.

I know people who tried to ruin my reputation that ruined their own reputation instead.

I know people who tried to sabotage my relationship that sabotaged their own relationship instead of mine.

I know people who wanted me to lose money and end up losing their own money instead.

The bible says when you plot harm towards the bible follower, God gives you the exact same problems you were planning to give the bible follower who did not deserve your curses and punishment.

It also says if you live a life of lying and fraud, God might take problems away from the honest people, and give their problems to you instead.
