I think it's a day for children. It's about chocolate eggs, Easter bunnies, egg hunts, egg decorating that kinda stuff. Otherwise it's just a long weekend.

This Easter is a sad one because my grandfather passed away two days ago. We won't be doing anything because of it.

I loved Easter as a kid. When I was grown, I enjoyed going out to brunch with my mom, dad, sister and niece.

Easter isn't a big deal for me anymore, but my wife and I have often gone out for Easter brunches. It's an excuse to do something special together.
Today, we are going to an Indian buffet that came highly recommended. We might even get some ice cream later. 😄😁

The other thing I like about Easter is the kind candy that is only sold during that season.

I mean I do the dinner with friends thing but I'm an Atheist. The whole Jesus resurrection bullshit is just comedy to me. Easter is just the Pagan celebration of spring hijacked by the Catholic Church to fill pews.

For me it's " just another Sunday " , if in Australia it's a 4 day holiday , but here it's not even mentioned , but I never actually celebrated it , used to enjoy the holiday though.
