Does truly living the 10 Commandments lead to strength, health, and happiness?

10 Commandments

1 - No other Gods

2 - No idols

3 - Do not take the Lord’s name in vain

4 - Keep the Sabbath holy

5 - Honour your mother and father

6 - Do not murder

7 - Do not commit adultery

8 - Do not steal

9 - Do not bear false witness

10 - Do not covet

Now, no other God’s means you do not worship money.

No idols means you do not worship beauty or social status.

Not taking the name in vain, means you do not fake philanthropy and virtue for social benefits.

Keep the sabbath holy, means you prioritize healthy, safety, survival, sleep, and self-respect over appearance and greed.

Honour your father and mother means you take care of their both their physical and emotional demands and needs, without absorbing their sins, their flaws, or their guilt. And some times taking care of them means you must act as their scorekeeper or accountability partner and not act like their servant when that would be enabling bad behaviour from them to serve their interests.
