• must throw away all fun decorations wear plain rippy clothing because having nice things and liking them is making an idol out of them. So you can't have anything nice. . you can't be too happiness doesn't build character tough times do. So we must turn everything into hard miserable

I disagree highly. The Bible says putting your faith in Jesus alone for the payment of your sins gets you into Heaven.
