Why do people act like I’m being held against my will with this relative?

Just because I’m always with this family member does not mean so. I heard neighbors say I never seem happen and they see me passing by. Then anytime this family member comes around me or gets in the car other cars either pull off fast or sit there. They come near e car but pull off fast when this family member comes back. It doesn’t matter where I am aslong as I’m in a bad area this only seems to happen in the bad areas any rich area I go to and people are leaving us alone. They are acting as if I need help either that or acting very weird by pulling off fast when they see someone else is coming.
