What should I do with a clingy family member?

I feel like she's only texting me because she's still single in 40s and never been married. She has as nobody else to talk with because I'm sure most of her friends have families. She lives in Canada and when I also lived there, I feel like she only visited Toronto becuase there was a guy that she liked. Im starting to feel pressured talking to her because she will keep asking where I go and I feel like she's got some serious victim mentality which also makes me feel obligated to keep texting. I don't have much in common with her and my texts are so forced. I would prefer to talk like every so often because I live in the UK and the time zones just don't match because I have to go to bed early for work.
