Does God require a personal price to receive miracles from him?

God came to me in a dream and told me that his miracles are not free, they come at a price and cost, and either you pay the price or somebody else has to pay the price for your miracle, and because some do not have the spiritual wealth to pay the cost of the miracle, that is why they do not receive the miracle from God.

Like my suffering at the age of 9 led to my miracle at the age of 14.

My humiliation at the age of 15 led to God's miracle at the age of 18.

My suffering at the age of 19 led to divine miracles at the age of 20.

My suffering at the age of 29 led to my miracle at the age of 30.

My suffering in 2024 led to supernatural miracles in 2025.

One gossip told a guy from bible study he was angry that God cured my health issues but not another person's health issue and I would say, God cured me because I paid the price I had to pay to gain His miraculous power throughout my life and inside my life.

Actualy, there was no curse.
Jesus say "Ask and you will recive".
And "If you have fate, evrething is posible", EVRETHING! Walking on waters healing incurable disease, bringing deaths back to life.

Evrething is totally posible with faith in God, if some miracle don't happen is either you don't have the fait, or the plan of the miracle in in work and you just don't see it yet, but you will at the right moment.

I play some time for certain things and when i just put my faith in God, God reword me with even more then i ask for.
When i do bad, i get away from him and life become more hard.
Is like, been at the beach, you are close to the land, with your parent, but as far you go in the water, as alone you become, as insecure you become and the land/stability and calm slowly disappear, in thous situation some manage to go back to the land/God, other are dyeing and others are been save by God.

Hmm, I mean I'd be careful since the Bible never stated that directly and sometimes dreams aren't accurate
