What does it mean when you have a dream about the world ending?

I had a dream or rather a nightmare about the world ending. One minute I was surrounded by loved ones and the next everything went completely black and the air was suffocating.

I've never had a dream about the world ending before.

Two suggestions. What's the overall state of your consciousness? The lower your consciousness, the more you will tend to have darker dreams. How can you raise your consciousness? Usual, be careful what you consume and what you think about. For example, focus on healthier plant based foods and lessen animal products. Animal products are fine but don't over-consume them. Avoid processed foods. Natural foods that will build good gut bacteria. What are you watching, thinking about? My mum watches these awful bloody UK soaps and all that is in them these days is murder, gang banging etc. This pulls down your consciousness. Read a book, go into nature, turn off the fear pron on the news.

Now I will also say, I have had this dream, also. But it was tremendously real. I felt like I was experiencing it and then I could feel my spirit floating off as I expired. It was painless, to be fair. But I have faith in a higher power, so whatever is coming, I'm not too concerned. We live in dark times no doubt but there are also glimmers of light.

I will also say I used to watch Shunya murti on youtube. He is an excellent spiritual teacher, on point, what have you, but I do find his material too apocalyptic these days. It's not very helpful to have those kinds of ideas put in your head.

So be careful what you consume and think about.

It might mean that that you have learned everything that you were supposed to learn from your last relationship ending and it might be time to start again
But I would want to know the whole dream before I would say this is true

It kind of depends on what happened in the beginning of the dream if there are beautiful things going on or what before you saw the end

The beginning of the dream would have more impact on what the dream was really about because you've always known that one day you would say okay I'm ready and that would be the end of the world or something important to you

And the beginning of the dream would have like a blueprint of what's going to happen or what could happen if you decide to get into a new relationship so I'm curious about that

I don't really trust "dream interpretations"

after over 6000 dreams+ that I can remember, of which... 3000 or so, I wrote down, and would overthink too much about them, lol

I realized that there's just not a clear correlation between dreams... and life itself

whatever else we suggest ourselves... that's ourselves, and our choice

for example... the end is no more... as much it can just be rebirth...

A lot of my dreams are in a "parallel world". Consistent from dream to dream, but there is a correspondence to daily reality. College in real life, college in dream, just a bit different, but it is a consistent difference from dream episode to dream episode. Parent's house in dream, somewhat different, but consistent from dream to dream. etc.
