Can God deliberately hide his plan for your life for decades?

I have a new theory that God wants me to pursue a career I never considered as an option in my life before and that nobody else has ever considered as an option for me either. I did not take a single class on it in university either.

It might not be that it was hidden, but rather that your past experiences were preparing you for this without you realizing it. University isn't the only place to learn passion and real-world skills count for a lot. Take small steps to research and test the waters before making a huge leap!
