Does the Bible actually teach women how to attract men through modest obedience?

Ben Sira says that a modest wife adds charm to charm, which means, if you are a private person and not a public honour and vanity baiting attention thief and you work the kingdom in a modest and hidden a way instead of bragging about your good deeds, that God will make you insanely attractive, regardless of where your starting point is before you learned to be modest through and with God's aiding you.

Like there are wives that are average or below average in appearance but they have a charm that makes them very attractive in appearance, and you have people that are not charming at all but they are very intelligent which makes them very attractive to men, even though they have the social charm skills of a wild gorilla. You also have those that are neither intelligent nor charming nor beautiful nor strong, but they are so funny that men treat them like high end fashion models.

The bible says if you are modest, God will make you charming. You do not need a Versace dress or luxury Lamborghini driving car to charm men into your marrying you and staying married to you after they marry you.
