when a kid is young, still believed 'santa claus is real' or that age, then parents tell him 'this mark on your skin is where the bullet in past reincarnation killed you, before you were born.'

later the kid 'remembers' his past life. but if any person does not. i do not 'remember' so it means even if true, still that we can't remember before we died- so- those kids are same -is not really remembering. so no basis to claim the same soul got born in a new baby.

There is no definitive information about whether Nikola Tesla sent a letter or not, but official sources indicate that a dialogue took place between them; this could also be a theory. Instead of looking at the situation fictionally, why don't you look at it with a little logic? Are you bothered by it? I'm not claiming that everything I said is entirely true anyway.
