Did you ever think about: that dramatization of evolution in star trek?

fiction offers many silly suggestions to explain evolution.

food for trolls to trigger us christians lol.

1, the most famous one is: in hitchiker guide. aliens made the earth. in a giant factory but just sci-fi. the earth has a purpose- but just 'to answer the question of life.'

2, another very popular one is: book space odysey. the black brick slab STIMULATED the ape mind so it became human. pages 10-20. my religious parents loved that because it showed evolution could not happen naturally without stimulus. same can be said about idea in hitchiker! 😉🙂

3, how about in star trek series next generation - yes we know it is sci-fi but the bit about evolution is also sci fi.

but it seems like a dramatization of 'science' to remind everyone the 'facts' of evolution! the theme is 'life failed' so picard saved the world. but they spelled it out as if amino acid is not alive. as if protien is alive. as if life formed when the surface was all hot and lava and volcano and sulfur!

wow if that is what advisers said to describe evolution then it is scifi. sulfur would corrode the first bacteria. it would need god doing a miracle to save the bacteria from sulfur all around from volcano and lava everywhere.

also same as amino is not alive also protien does not even store directions- what to do. it is not even following directions. protiens just react to stuff around it. even complex enzymes that cells built. an enzyme is a purely mechanical tool that actively builds or breaks things based on its physical shape. it does not carry instructions nor decide what to grab.

only a cell builds an enzyme. and without enzymes can't build a cell. simply neither can start alone. ... unless a spirit god made cells that made enzymes. this description is so self contradictory at every phrase and phase!

and need a god to make the amino soup too. and to attach in the right shape too.
