Does the Bible say that God will test you?

The bible talks about the house that the believers built:

The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.

The rain represents sadness and disappointment and sorrow.

The streams represent delayed prayers, wasted effort and time, a lack of riches or pleasantries, social pressures in your life that make you feel pushed to your limit, burdens that make you feel overwhelmed.

The winds represent dreams that compete with God’s kingdom, gossip by others, unrealistic desires and wishes that make you want to deny the truth, such as a video game addiction, or a desire to trade your job helping others to work as an instagram model.

When the winds beat against the house, it means you will be provoked with rude people, you will be provoked with rage bait, you will be provoked with insults, you will be provoked by those that demand you waste time on pointless tasks and do not let you rest or delay their request to emotionally recover from a stressful and tiresome day.

These are the tests the devil or satan uses to corrupt you, and make you reject the rewards for following God’s kingdom.

Yes, I believe the Bible does teach that our faith will be tested. Jesus said the rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew against the house—but the house that was built on the rock stood firm. Matthew 7:24–25.

I think the important part is that the storm came to both houses. Being a believer doesn’t mean we won’t face trials; it means we have something solid to stand on when those trials come. God can use difficult seasons to reveal and strengthen our faith, but I also believe not every hardship is necessarily God “testing” us. Sometimes life simply happens, and God is with us through it.

To me, the real question is: when the storm comes, what is your foundation—God, or something that can easily be shaken? 🙏❤️

God tests us cause he wants to see who will follow him or who could possibly be a non-believer in him God wants to see who is truthful or who is a pack of lies hey I believe God tests us as long as I do what's right I shall live my enternal life in Heaven but I believe that God tests me but my enternal life in Heaven shall be the Second coming of Christ.
