Does the Bible teach that wicked rich people are secretly miserable?

The Bible says evil doers are miserable, even if they are rich and popular.

Because those who are greedy, morally corrupt, exploitive and selfish, will never be satisfied with their living conditions, even if they are very rich, good looking, popular, and healthy…

But those who treat people with fairness and respect, and have sincere curiosity about their lives, needs and cultural background, will be emotionally happy with their lives, even if they have less than the very rich person…

Because the Bible says you can be rich and yet not have the emotional ability to enjoy those riches, and you can have only small amounts of money but be deeply grateful and delighted about what you have due to your humility and your reasonable expectations about how life should be lived.
