My weight is pretty average, maybe even a little less than average. In my opinion being skinny just suits my bodyframe a lot better and if I gain weight, it's always in the wrong places.

My ideal bodytype would look like this:

I told my boyfriend that I wanted to loose some weight and he said: A skinny bidy just looks disgustig but it's something else when the person is Asian.

He then showed me a picture a picture if what he deems as the perfect body for women:

He doesn't understand that:
1. Not everybody stores fat the same way
2. Not everybody feels comfortable in such a bodyshape
3. Not everybody I happy just because they constantly give into their cravings

What is your opinion?

It’s better to be realistic, when I first started working out I didn’t aim to get the perfect hourglass figure. After working out for a month or more, my body shape changed to an hourglass. I didn’t do any workout which guarantees to get me that shape. I just do the regular abs, butt and eating the right healthy food made in the kitchen by me. I’m not a good cook but the good news was I can make healthy food but I had no skills in making unhealthy food lol. It’s not realistic to aim for a certain body shape before you workout. The most important thing is you workout to be fit and be the best version of yourself. People started getting the wrong idea how a fitness person should look like after working out for months. Remember every fit body is different, a fit body could be a pear shape, hourglass, etc. Also just because a man doesn’t have the ideal six pack doesn’t mean he did not workout.
