Search Results: when to let go dream

Hi everyone, I suspected I had sleep paralysis two days ago, it happened around noon. I wasn’t exactly sure if I dreamt of sleep paralysis or I am actually having one. But regardless, when I opened my eyes and feel my body paralysed, I glanced to the right and saw my bedroom curtain blurry but bathed in sunlight, no creatures however. I instantly knew it was sleep paralysis. I tried to lift my head up but my body muscles were inactivated, the more I try to get up the tighter my muscles and heavier the weight on my body gets. I was scared at first but later knew it was nothing supernatural but just my body being disrupted. I told myself and smirked in my head, tried to wriggle my toes and little and I went back to sleep and it was over in less than 30 seconds, I felt scared at first but I became totally fearless (not sure why though haha) when I decide to control my mind over my body to defeat the paralysed muscles and overcome SP. I feel that the human mind is the most powerful element, if u let yourself to be scared, u will be even more scared and things spiral out of control from there. If u stop yourself from being scared, u will snap the shit out of your SP in less than 30 seconds just like how I did it. Have u guys experience sleep paralysis before? How was it like?
