In the military, the statistics are getting worse in terms of people dying.

I want to know your reality because that's what matters. What are the causes? If you re military, I'd specifically like to understand what is going on to create an increasing rate of suicide.

I can simply say from someone who has been around longer than most, there is always a path to a better place in life. I've seen so many go through that valley and come out better! Those underlying emotions and feelings are communicators that something... somewhere in your life is not in order. It's that simple! Is it wrong to say... you should be greateful for your feelings... they are guiding you away from where you are at, not towards death... but something better in life that is your true self. And the solution is change. Don't mask those feelings with drugs if you can avoid it.
