I put "ugly" in quotes because it's completely subjective.
I've always struggled with my self image, and one of the things I say to myself is "I'm not ugly, I have potential" meaning that if I keep working on myself by exercising, eating better, drinking water, proper hygiene, etc. and being consistant I can become "attractive" (attractive is subjective too).
I got this way of thinking from a guitar YouTuber who said "you don't suck at guitar you're just lerning."
If you're struggling with your self image I suggest you try this way of thinking. Next time you thing you're "ugly" just say to yourself "I'm not ugly I have potential."

Epstein's autopsy report found his neck had been broken in several places, including the hyoid bone (image shown) located near the Adam's apple.

Forensic experts have previously said that breakages to that specific bone could occur when people hanged themselves but were more commonly seen in victims who had been strangled.

'I have never seen three fractures like this in a suicidal hanging,' Dr Baden told 60 Minutes.

'Going over a thousand jail hangings, suicides in the New York City state prisons over the past 40–50 years, no one had three fractures.'

Dr Baden said the injuries on his body also showed contusions on both wrists, muscle hemorrhaging in his left shoulder and an abrasion of his left arm.

Epstein also had a cut on his lip and burst capillaries on his face, mouth and eyes, according to the autopsy.

Why is there no blood on the noose that he supposedly hung him self with? When there is blood shown on his neck in the post autopsy?

Why is there little bruising on the neck? When someone hangs them selves there is tons of bruising, why does it look like he was strangled by someone?

Why are paleontologists that have been doing autopsy’s longer than you were born saying he was most likely strangled and murdered, rather than a Suicide?
