My sister's ex boyfriend broke up with her because she has OCD (obsessive with cleaniless, things being set in a specific, symmetrical order, frequent hand washing, etc) and jealousy issues.

He already unfriended her but sometimes she stalks his FB pages. She has also secretly followed him all the way to his workplace and spies. Guys if an ex girlfriend was doing that, would you report her? I'm telling her to stop but she won't.
