Judge Who Ruled Against Abortion Pill Didn’t Disclose Christian Radio Appearances: CNN

The federal judge who suspended the Food and Drug Administration’s approval of an abortion pill failed to disclose two interviews on a Christian radio show where he discussed his extremist views on contraception and gay rights, CNN reported Thursday.
U. S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, a Trump appointee, invalidated the FDA’s approval of mifepristone earlier this month, using the language of anti-abortion activists in his ruling. He was confirmed to a lifetime appointment in 2019 by the Senate and was required at the time to submit a detailed account of his previous writings and public appearances.

But CNN uncovered two appearances on a radio show called “Chosen Generation” from 2014 while he was working as deputy general counsel at a religious liberty advocacy group called First Liberty Institute. In one interview from February 2014, Kacsmaryk was asked about the “homosexual agenda,” agreeing with the host that those opposed to same-sex marriage could be viewed as “hostile” enemies of the federal government and saying the nation had adopted “very permissive” policies on contraception.
In another appearance that July, he said religious organizations could face difficulty for opposing “the new sexual orthodoxy” on gay rights.

I know that persistence coming from a man trying to date a woman is almost never a good idea. This is for scenarios where women initially feel so so about the guy. Scenarios where they hand out their number and maybe go on a one time date.

If the persistent guy is “nice” and not too repulsive looking (but not handsome either) women will friéndzone 9 out 10 times. They like the attention and want to use him as a resource so they make him into an orbiter. They know they have emotional leverage on him and he will more likely do her plenty of one way favors via her advantage. She can use him for all sorts of things.

However if he’s an unattractive or gives off any impression of being creepy (unintentional or not) then persistence is now sexual harassment and stalking. He can act the exact same way the semi attractive guy does but it doesn’t matter. It also doesn’t matter if she never told him to stop and he has no idea how she really feels about him. It’s ugly all the way around. But this usually ends abruptly since she will usually block and/or avoid him.

Anyway there is only one time in my entire life where my initial persistence paid off. It was on of my former gfs from 7 years ago. Our first date was weird and she was defensive/bitchy. But I did a kind gesture for her later with no intention of being paid back. The next day she sent me a text message with a chicken wing saying “she was going to throw me a bone”. We went on a second date and she was much nicer. We ended up dating for 9 months.

But I feel that was a very rare exception. Not the rule. The vast majority of women nowadays see persistence as desperation and insecurity. They will either get grossed out by it or if the guy is non-threatening they will exploit for their own ends.

I have this theory that when a woman meets a guy that she is genuinely great friends with, she'll try to get him laid. I've seen this happen in a lot of my female friendships. Men reward other men for being good friends by doing each other favors, women seem to reward their good male friends with easier access to sex.

I think that male-female friendships, regardless of whether the friends actually have sex, are extremely sexual relationships.

Girls, is my theory true, or is my experience unusual?

I cringe when a woman says that to me. 9 out of 10 times it’s a huge red flag that:

- She’s comfortable friendzoning me and/or
- She will likely ask for a bunch of one way favors and/or
- She finds me boring but “nice” and she thinks it’s just nice to say that.

However if she makes a comment about me being good looking or talented/cool about something else BEFORE saying the nice guy “compliment” then it’s not so bad. Also if I have already gotten sexual with her then it’s actually a genuine compliment.

We all have a darker side within us.

Sometimes it manifests in anger, violence, infidelity and other impulsive acts.

I spent a lot of time meditating on my shadow self, my lust, vanity and desire for sexual affection, my wrath and desire for change. My hate and long held wounds from abuse and class struggle as well as the frailty of the mortal form.

It hasn't always been easy, but in accepting and integrating my shadow self I find I'm a fuller, happier and less conflicted person. I find that I get more done, and that I'm less bound by the will of others, particularly when they are not operating in my best interest.

One of the results of this has been an examination of my adult sexual relationships and accepting polyfidelity as a more fulfilling option for myself.

Another has been to let go of a well paying but toxic job, in favor of freedom, entrepreneurial endeavor and a focus on my health and family.
