I'd make them restricted items, like opioids. Hang the rioters. What I'd outlaw outright, is groomer heresies about sex. Make it a crime to push gender identity insanity. Teachers who pressure kindergartners to forsake chromosome reality and invent new pronouns arbitrarily should dangle from a rope until they spill like Judas! Shoot the rioters.

Those that brag of screwing up children? A millstone and drowning are too humane. Burn them at the stake!

Make it a capital offense to operate a gay bar. Shut down the entire alternate sexuality industry.

Counseling for those who struggle with SSA. So they don't become pawns for sexual psychopaths.

Routinely publicize lists of the victims of sexual degeneracy, so there's always a name or 50 that anyone can pull out of a hat, to put in their place those pigheaded know nothing Brits on message boards who call a return to sanity "prudish," or who make braindead comparisons to ISIS.

Become a city on a hill once more. Change the monetary system, decommission several unconstitutional bureaus, and bankrupt China. Send them back to the era of 70s Hong Kong kung fu movies! Kill communism with extreme prejudice!

Obviously the US Constitution has no bearing on sexual contraception, so definitely not. While it no longer effects me anyway, i would not be in favor of legislation banning contraception either. We haven’t created the kind of society in which people would just stop having sex or making better choices in partners and sexual activities. It would be a nightmare.
That said, are you suggesting just pharmaceutical and prophylactic contraception, or surgical too? Do i have to reverse my vasectomy? Can other people get vasectomies and tubal ligation?

They can't ban it. It is not only used for unwanted pregnancy's (obviously lol) but can help stop the spread of sti's and some people it helps for things like pros, acne etc.

No, every woman has the right to be protected against a child, STD's, a man or men. Just as a man has the same right to be protected.

You’re missing the entire point of the argument argument is that contraception is not protected by the constitution Supreme Court cannot make it illegal contraception. All they can do is pass the issue back to the states and states can decide whether or not they want contraception legal or illegal I’m pretty sure all 50 states would make contraception legal at this point. Even Connecticut which is where this Supreme Court bases comes from. Not even the most conservative state in America would bAn contraception unless are run by Catholics.

The Supreme Court was never supposed to be a group of dictators in black robes. The Supreme Court cannot (constitutionally) ban contraception. Only a legislative body could conceivably do that.
