My own standards are to date someone who is on par with me more or less. I’m not perfect. Not a saint. I’ve been told I’m attractive but I know I’m no young Brad Pitt. However I am independent, got a good job, in good health, have a very interesting past and some fun hobbies.

There was only one time in my life I found a woman who was truly on par with me. It tragically didn’t work out because she met me at a bad time in my life. There was also one time I swung for the fences in college and went after a girl who was “out of my league.” She actually approached me first but I had zero game back then and screwed it all up.

But anyway virtually all the women I’ve met who were really into me in last few years weren’t exactly on par. However most of them were confident I would like them. I tried dating a girl who I saw potential in but she had very serious emotional issues (family abuse) that I wasn’t equipped to handle.

Anyway confidence is great. But why is it that women seem to daydream unrealistically about they are entitled to in dating vs. men?

Dependent: You prefer to be supportive role for your man/woman, if you need money or emotional support you hopefully can relay on your romantic partner. You realistically ain't the most self sufficient person but you are definitely one of the sweetest people and you can give people emotional assistance especially for your partner.

Independent: You the kind of man/woman who doesn't enjoy relaying on others to give you a life. Instead of needing your partner to help with money issues you prefer to be the person who makes his/her own money. You are definitely really self sufficient and definitely more assertive compared to your partner. But despite being very focused on yourself you ain't exactly the most friendliest individual who technically wouldn't be the best when it comes to emotional support because your personality is way too dominant for any support roles.

So basically my question to any men and women out there if you wind up in a relationship but in the relationship you have to become one of these which type of lover are you? Are you the dominant alpha male/female who prefer to take up the leadership role and try to earn the bacon for your honey?

Or all you the type who wants to play as the submissive in the relationship be the gentleman/lady who would be willing to give emotional comfort and help your partner in being the follower in exchange you don't have to worry about making money because your partner is earning money for the both of y'all?

Do you agree that you should OWN YOUR POWER! If you love someone then do you really need marriage? If your independent and self sufficient then should you retain that level of security and control over your future? Or do you think love conquers all?

Marriage is about the worst investment any wage earner, regardless of sex can make. Your significant other can rob, cheat, lie and steal from you and your on the hook to loose 50% of everything and still be paying for it financially years after the fact.

The concept of marriage is ruined in the modern age. Love, faith and morality does not hold up in court. The law is not moral or ethical in of it self, and it does not seek or intend to make itself so. Marriage is the only contract a person can make where the other person does not have to fulfill the terms of the agreement, and they still get paid in full! To battle it will cost you 10's of thousands in a court fight.

So as a man I say HELL YES its time for men to take their power back!!! But I am not just talking to men, women as well if you're a wage earner then you need to own your power and take control over your assets.

All that means JACK DIDDLY-SQUAT in a court of law... they cheat, lie and steal from you and you're on the hook to pay without any return on the investment. Steer clear of the trap. If you have a strong and powerful relationship, then you have it better than half the married people with all the legal protections of the law. Get married and you lose that protection over your assets and you pay in nothing but loss of happiness and ass pain.

ladies we don't give a fuck how independent you are!! We already independent as men wtf would we care if you are? Men are resource objects! Are women attracted to men flaunting their junk? No! Stop flaunting your junk ladies

Men are hard wired to protect, provide and procreate. If a woman can already possess these things except procreation, what does she need a man for? Do you really think men are going to be attracted to this type of woman? NO NOT AT ALL!! If ever man you came across acted like a woman would you be attracted to him? NO YOU WOULDN'T BE! GOOD HOPE THIS LOGIC GETS INTO YOUR EMOTIONAL BRAINS
