There is this girl I'm friends with and I try to call her once a week and I message her here and there through out the week.

I'm going to call and see how she is doing and talk to her about some stuff that we talked about last time we talked. Then I was going to tell her some stuff, but I feel like it maybe kinda weird.

I am going to say:
Hey I know I have a few things I'm going through, but I wanted to let you know that I'm here for you if you ever want to talk about anything and vent.
You don't have to worry about talking about talking about your mental illness and worrying about me thinking it's an excuse for something. I know how you feel about it and I feel like what you have said and posted. That we are similar in some ways and I'm here for you. I want to make sure you feel good and not depressed, lonely and everything else negative that you are thinking.
You're a really beautiful woman and I just don't mean how you look, but also who you are and what type of person you are. You deserve better.
I'm really glad we meet and I really appreciate you and what you have done. You helped me with some stuff a few months ago.
