I find they are. For the most part women kinda look down on men. I guess we can thank Feminism for that. But many women activiely hate men and stuff and I don't know why, just because they weren't treated great a couple of hundred years ago? And it terms of dating I just find all girls want is sex and to have fun and they think guys are all fuckboys. Lots of girls don't want love or even like kids and family. Maybe it's just me but I find a lot of modern girls have very angry and negative views of guys, relationships, family and kids. And that's kinda toxic in my opinion.

Anyways thanks for replying, and if you don't agree with me than be nice. I know people can be quite angry and rude on the internet. I hope that isn't the case here.

So maybe when people get older (late twenties) then women really wanna marry and stuff but in relation to young people, I think girls don't want relationships. At least not as much as guys. From my experience, many guys would love a great girlfriend and be exclusive and all that. Many young guys (I'm mainly talking about college students) want relationships. Not just sex but they'll take sex if girls come on to them.

When it comes to girls, I think they are the opposite. Many young girls don't want a relationships. I guess the media, feminism and culture these days is that women don't need men and are better off alone or some shit. Not to mention how everything encourages women to sleep around. I guess many girls are too ambitious these days. Every girl wants to be successful and therefore they don't have the time to date. This is just the way I see it. But I see a lot of girls avoiding relationships, and instead having casual sex in the veins of having fuckbuddies, fwbs as well as the odd hookup with a rando. I am not saying all girls hate and avoid relationships but I do think most girls these days, especially college girls hate dating and just wanna have fun, while they focus on career.

I also hate the way guys are labelled for only wanting sex and girls are labelled for wanting love and stuff. That couldn't be more false in my opinion. To me, the averge American girl wants to have fun and not get tied down, and a lot of guys want more than just sex but hey I could be wrong. This is just from my experience which is naturally linear, I guess it might just be my area but I've seen things like this on the internet and stuff so many it's the norm, I'm not sure.

I met her last year but we just became friends this year We joke a lot, make fun of each other, flirt, pretend to hate each other I realized i liked her and asked her to prom a month before school ended In the weeks leading up to prom we got a lot closer It was clear we liked each other

Everyone thoght we were dating

A couple days before the prom she went cold on me. She told a friend she didn't want to date me. We had a good time at prom but something was a little different. She was reserved and more quiet for some of the time. The rest she was fine

After prom i told her i liked her a lot as a friend and sometimes a little more. Not as really asking her out but to just let her know how i felt.

Since then she has been hot and cold. Sometimes she seems to be coming around & giving signs again. Sometimes she acts more distant

A conversation we had in a group chat tonight confused me and I don't know how to respond to it: Friends were talking ablut driving I said i would only drive with her in the car cause i didn't want anything to happen to someone i actually care about (Ik its mean this is the sort of stuff we joke about all the time)

She responded “funny thats not what you said a couple weeks ago” (I assume she would be referring to what we said at prom) I said i dont remember and asked if she could remind me and she changed the subject and let the moment go.

We hung out in a group the next day and she seemed pretty normal. She would make eye contact, laughing at all my jokes, smiling, etc. She was flirting a lot with one of my friends for most of the night, and I also flirted with these two other girls a little bit, so I don't know what to do.

Then the next day she was leaving me on opened (other than her streaks snaps) intil she got deunk and started snapping with me and a few others in our group chat

So should i text her about this (alone) and see whats going on. Is she trying to find out if i still like her or angry for some reason? I don't know whats going on?
