If you told someone you were interested in them for a long time and they liked you too. you guys started dating, then as you got closer they became distant then shut down and then ended it.

A year later you were friendly terms again and started hanging out. After several months, they said they were in love with you and wanted to know if you want to start over , so they'd know if they should..

would that fill in the missing pieces as to why they disappeared, or would you still need an explanation before deciding if you could start over... also would you want an apology either way?

So me and this guy knew each other for 3 years, we are sorta friends but only as part of a group. Anyway i started crushing on him and then he started acting like he might like me back and then outta nowhere started messaging me, for two weeks he messaged almost every day and we would message for quite a while, he sent lots of emojis and we talked about future plans and travel plans and tv shows and he seemed interested to know about me.
Anyway then we saw each other in college for an exam but i didn't get to talk to him because i was stressing for the exam. He messaged me after to ask how i got on but the tone seemed different and now things just feel different. We did talk yesterday but ti doesn't feel like there is anything there any more? Last Monday it felt like there was definitely something going on but now i dont know.

So do you guys think it is over? Sorry this isn't a great explanation! If anyone woudl be willing to message privately and look at some of the messages (LOL) and try to help me work this out i would be so grateful!! We are both 22 and i am clueless about guys! I feel like he was waiting for me to make a move and now i he is feeling like i dont care. I did message him yesterday but it didn't feel like it did before, ya know?

Anyway do you think he is gone off me? Should i just tell him how i feel? Do i need to just just get over him?
