Suppose you posted a picture online and some guy said you look ripe. Creepy or not?

I understand that women get more matches, more easily on Tinder and because of biology it makes sense. I find 2 things frustrating about dating apps in general. The first is that very few women ever put any actual work into making a bio or really any effort at all, why is that? Not all guys are just super thirsty looking to hookup, finding out things you may like about the person shouldn't be left until after a match which brings me to my next frustration. I find it's always me putting the effort in to respond to messages timely or respectfully. If I don't message them and say good morning I don't hear from them, and this isn't only the first few messages, it's even after there's somewhat of a repoire built up texting off the app. It constantly feels like they don't actually want to be talking to me and I'm just supposed to be chasing them all the time which is emotionally frustrating to say the least. I'd like to hear from other guys to see if they experience this aswell and also from women to hopefully provide some insight as to why this is. I'm not saying it's not something I'm doing wrong but conversation is one of my strengths and I never fail to create interesting discussions. I'm very respectful and not creepy so I dont get it. I just can't for the life of me figure out what I could be doing wrong, is that just the way the world works now? I'm recently out of a 10 year marriage and am new to dating again. Thanks!

I’m 41 and I’m still in excellent shape. Reason being I exercise daily and I usually stick to a very healthy diet.

Anyway I became more self conscious about not showing my body off in pics or in public by my mid 30s. I don’t really feel comfortable going shirtless even at a beach/pool.

I do have one shirtless pic showing my abs off but it’s never something I will show a woman right away. I usually will show it once if she shows me a few suggestive pics (I don’t like nudes tbh but it’s nice to see what kind of body she has). Definitely not something I keep on social media though

Anyway I am well aware of the “creep” element guys my age have to watch out for. We got a lot less leeway vs guys in their early 20s on all of this.

But at the same time I’m wondering if I’m sometimes shortchanging myself by keeping an attractive asset I still have hidden. Is there a way to let a woman know about this without looking immature/creepy?

And yes I am well aware how women care about personality, drive, humor, money etc. Don’t need a lecture of on that. But this is one thing that can make me go from a 7 to an 8 on a pure physical attraction scale. But if done wrong it can look very bad.

say a guy come up to you in an appropriate place in public (please specify in the comments which public spaces you would find most appropriate aswell), all enthusiastic with a nice smile on his face, confident, yet with a slight hint of nervousness, and said: I'm sorry for bothering you, I thought you looked amazing and really wanted to introduce myself, im (name), what's yours? (conversation ensues)

would you find this flattering or creepy, also what would be some tips you could give to increase the odds of this encounter finishing on a positive note? Something the guy can pay extra attention to perhaps. Also, what kind of opinion would you form about the guy that's doing this? Would you sooner think he's a regular gentleman, or a fuckboy
