My personal opinion:
I believe there is some truth to the idea that women can have power over men in these areas—though it’s not as clear-cut as it might seem. Women have reproductive control through access to birth control and the decision to carry a pregnancy to term, which gives them an enormous amount of power in that aspect. Additionally, accusations of harassment or abuse can tip the power dynamic, especially when there’s an imbalance of trust or societal bias. That said, I don’t think this power is absolute, and it’s a shared responsibility for both genders to ensure fair treatment in these areas.

Back when I was much younger, in my dating days, I was working on a project out of town and called my then-girlfriend around 8pm. We had a great phone call, talked about all kinds of things, and then we both realized that it was 7am and we had to get to work... no sleep that night.
