I keep wondering about this 🤔

so by too available like any time you text them they always text right back almost immediately. If you call it’s usually only like 1-2 rings before they pick up. So basically aside from them sleeping there’s a hardly ever a time where they don’t get back to you pretty fast. Is that ‘unattractive’ in your eyes?

I keep the sheep out of my dreams at night.

Because when I've had a busy active day, especially at work, I don't need anything to help me sleep, and I sleep until the alarm goes off the next morning.

I don't take anything for sleeping, but apparently there are a number of item's that can help you to sleep.

Valerian is a herbal supplement.

Magnesium supplements.

Herbal Tea.

Nytol tablets probably the best if you need to take something to make you sleep.

Zopiclone tablets can be apparently addictive, though you sleep after taking a tablet.

Do you take any of these substances or do you know a better way of falling asleep, and having a good night's sleep?

Or do you get a little anxious or scared?

Perhaps you are one of those who grew up with the long forgotten (and rarely told to the ones brought up nowadays) of when "the Roman Catholic Church used to say Mass speaking Latin, facing the altar wall" -.

Perhaps you are one of those who just became disillusioned or felt your Sundays (and time and money) were better spent (lol) and used elsewhere more productively or sleeping in.

Or perhaps you didn't like for the English speaking Mass, the raft of "wording changes" that began around late 2011 (for some countries, 2009 or 2010).
