I have met a content creator. she is 24 years old. This is mainly via distance as she lives in another state. She streams on Twitch and she works on other platforms. We met at a party offline.

She has all these guys talking to her and some of them ask to marry her and things like this. One guy has even sent her a large gift of flowers

I asked her about the guy that sent her the flowers and she told me it is all a game and she could block him if I wanted her to and I said no to her blocking him because it’s her life.

I was a little nervous again so I asked her again and she said he’s just a friend and she showed me a text which said that he will support her on the platforms

I told her that I like her because I do and she said she does too and she will always choose me

Anyway - she says other things to him like she loves him and things like this and he’s even said to her mom that he is looking forward to meeting her mom. He is in another country

The guy is old enough to be her father and she has told me and others that she doesn’t want to be someone’s trophy wife and that she could never marry an older man because of this reason. She also said to people that older men usually have an agenda

I told her again for honesty to her the reason why I feel nervous about it is because I do like her and she told me that I must understand that it is just a game and that she needs me in her life. I have sent her some money to help support her here and there

she says I am her best friend

I take her word for it but I still don’t know what to do. I don’t care if he’s nothing to her but I just think like what if she is playing me too?

She knows I like her and she is my best friend but she looks for opportunities to push me away.

Like today something happened and she was really mean and was like oh it’s your fault that’s why it happened and then I told her I’d sleep and she was like yes go to sleep. When I woke back up she was like oh what are you doing I thought you were asleep and she said “you know what if you want to leave me you can leave me”

later on tho we made up and she said she loves me

i feel like she wants to slowly drive me away sometimes but I don’t know. I want to know why someone would want to push someone away
