You don't yell, scratch, or otherwise kick and scream... none of that. You view this as "hot" in retrospect and attest to that.

Does your answer change if afterwards he offers to be his girlfriend, take you out on date, that he is interested in you?

Victim was homeless, screaming at people and tossing trash. He may have made physical contact but obviously nothing of note. But still could be self-defense. The “killer” did use a chokehold.. which it’s in the name. Seemed like negligence at least to me.
