My friend and I saw this fight between two young college girls, ages 18-20's.

They were arguing over a desk or something. This was an idea of how the fight went:

Girl 1: ''Leave me alone, back of ''*****'', bye''

Girl 2: ''Don't start. You want to get smacked right now. Then she pokes her forehead with her index finger in an intimidating manner while at the same time saying ''Not another word''.

Girl 1: Shoves her and is screaming ''Don't touch me, you ''*****'', ****** put your hands on me''

Fight starts and goes on. They both destroyed each other. Girl 1 said Girl 2 started it when she got physical by poking her forehead. That was assault to her. Is that assault too?

Last Halloween I went to a fancy dress party with my friends and friend of friends, at the time I was speaking to someone on and off who was there and as I was at down with my friends having a fish bowl I notice someone who I used to work with a mouthy goth ironically started talking to him, despite my friends best efforts to calm me down I stormed over there to tell her to back the fuck off because I was talking to him and she was showing no respect! ! I simply told her to "back off" to which she found this amusing and referenced my previous with guys at which point I pointed out to the crowd and asked if they "knew what that smell was" *now stopped and watching" the fact she looked like Velma off scooby doo mixed with a member of the band kiss! at which point she claimed I "didn't own a pair or socks, so id blame the smell on them and pointed to my feet" so I grabbed the grabbed the right side of her hair and she then stood on my foot to which I lost grip of her hair and as I got my head up she then pushed a full Mocha cream pie in my face! I coudnt stop coughing my face was whipped cream forehead to chin ! 10 months on people and my friends and family even bring it up to rib me and t pisses me off cos guys fight all the time where as this wasn't even a fight to "win or lose"
