Take two hypothetical people, for example.

The first guy literally lives in his parent's basement in his thirties and has never moved out of the house before. He's tall (6'2", 6'3"), has a long nose, and skinny. He barely passed high school and has no college degree. He works part-time at a Walmart as a cashier, but his "main source of income" is doing online gaming streams to a medium-sized audience who donates just to mock him.

He's a virgin who has never kissed a woman before, but is sure he knows 'what all women want' in a guy and acts like a perpetual Nice Guy. He's a male feminist and unironically uses terms like "toxic masculinity." He's a "proud simp" and uses OnlyFans. He's also a proud atheist. He owns one or more cats and is proud of that, including wearing cat sweaters. He's a smug, arrogant, juvenile person who believes he's very smart and has life figured out. He has an excessive amount of ego (confidence) and believes he's the epitome of what all modern men should be.

The second guy lives on his own, by himself, in a nice top-floor apartment. He's short, and has a "dad bod." He grew up poor and lower-class and worked his way up out of poverty over time. He has a graduate degree from a well-known university and is highly intelligent and hard-working. He works a respectable career helping people daily, and has plenty of money saved up. He doesn't spend his money that much, and instead, invests it saves it, or uses it for self-improvement.

He's currently single, but has been in previous relationships with women before. He's not a simp. He's apolitical and dislikes most politics. He's agnostic and doesn't think about religion much. He's a nice, respectable person, but doesn't take abuse or bullying from others. He has a low amount of ego (confidence) because he feels like an underachiever compared to those around him, had a slow start in life, and is not yet quite "rich" or "wealthy."

Which guy do you think has a better mindset?

Giant. 12' tall, about 2,500 pounds, and insanely strong. Otherwise, completely human looking (and hot). They are huge and powerful and can knock you off your feet with even a playful shrug.

Orc. About 7" taller than the average human, fit athletic body, green skin, fangs, and golden eyes. The downside is that they always smell kind of musty; like a dead mouse.

Dwarf. 18" shorter than the average human. Very stocky and boxxy body. Their voice is somewhat high pitched and helium-like. The caution with them is how hairy their body is (though if female, no facial hair) and how coarse and rough their skin feels.

Alien. Roughly 4' tall, gray skin, giant black eyes, very thin body, and half the weight of an average human. They are vegan, and meat, animal products, and high fructose corn syrup are poisonous to them. They wear human clothing and speak perfect human language.

Reptilian. Human height and weight, but with light green skin, yellow eyes, and scales all over their body. They are carnivorous and need to eat bugs and raw animals to survive. They are cold-blooded and lay eggs to reproduce like any reptile.

Catperson. About 5" shorter than the average human and lighter in weight, but otherwise an anthropomorphic cat person in clothing (with breasts if female, and a tail) that is fluent in human language. Their animal instincts and behaviors that are hard to suppress sometimes.

Android. They are a human-looking robot that looks almost like a real person, but doesn't act or feel like a real human. Their AI is not 100% realistic.

Fairy. They are 6" tall and have wings. They can fly. They have a really high pitched helium voice. Their magic powers are very limited and mostly only apply to stuff like nature and plant-life. They are also vegan and can only live off of fresh water and fruit. Every time they fly, they leave behind a sparkly trail of fairy dust which is like glitter. It gets everywhere.

The Halo Effect is the subconscious belief that attractive people, tall people, athletically fit people, and wealthy-looking people, have better personalities, and are more altruistic and nicer, kinder people, thus are more likeable. As in, outer beauty equals a good person.

While The Horn Effect is the opposite; the subconscious belief that unattractive people, short men, overweight/obese people, and poor-looking people, have worse personalities, and are more evil, untrustworthy, or criminal-like people, thus are more unlikeable. As in, outer ugliness equals a bad person.
