I think:
- martial arts
- a military background or family
- high discipline
- a stoic/calm mindset
- And strong family values (not even necessarily "conservative," but just any loving family)
... Seem to be all the things the famous people I think are respectable, have in common.
WISH I HAD ALL OF THOSE THINGS GROWING UP, LET ALONE JUST ONE OF 'EM! I did martial arts for eight years, from 2012 to 2020, from boxing, to Jiu Jitsu, to MMA, and never learned a thing from it or was ever happy doing it. If anything, it made me more depressed! The abusive mother, Precocious Puberty, and treatment I got from girls growing up, I have to thank for the initial depression. I'd pretty much do anything to have a normal, well-adjusted brain like these people possess.
I was going to say "tall" is also required to be respectable too, but Lee, Rogan, and Jocko are short as f*ck.
Besides Lee and Ali, everyone on here is still alive, so I won't have to get into all the historical figures I could also list, like MLK and all.
Anyway, what traits do all the people you respect, seem to share?
